I would recommend this company above all others. The employees are honest and conduct themselves in a professional manner. They worked expediently and with concern for our well-being. We are disabled senior citizens and were worried about the heat. Our air conditioner was replaced in half a day. The number of employees necessary to do that was sent to get that accomplished. Over the years my wife and I have been taken advantage of by service providers. You don't have to be worried about that with this company. If it doesn't need fixed or replaced then it won't be. I was in public service for 32 years.. I couldn't be more proud than to recommend Jim Williams 's Metro Service Company. Whether it be air conditioning or heating, you won't go wrong by using this company. From the owner to the office staff to the employees who do the actual work, your individual needs are their top concern. They were very respectful and courteous at all times. Gary W.
